Effects

Effects are a lot like Exceptions, but are generally without the need for statistical values of any sort. They come in two forms, Benefits or Flaws, and are used simply given a description of how they might help or hinder the character.

Benefits

Benefits are any effect which can be seen as positive. Delayable effects, enhanced eyesight, always landing on your feet, or whatever else one might consider a benefit without an actual measurable effects in a statistical sense fit within this range.

Flaws

Flaws are the reverse of benefits, noting the negative things that can be found in a character that aren't quantifiable. Madness, only affecting inanimate objects, blind spots, lack of invulnerability to damage from magical sources or chinks in armor are all possible examples of this.
